    David and I were fortunate to have had experienced an authentic Japanese tea ceremony while in Tokyo some 36 years ago. Exquisite and sacred in every position and pour, delightfully offered to us in delicate goblets we then nestled in the palms of our hands. Four sips is all it took for this sweet ritual to win us over the ways of the Far East.
